Honestly, this playground at Kavalirka, Prague 5 is very small, approx.: 10m x 5m. But, I am sure people living nearby are proud to have it there. It has all you need for a 20 min stopover from shopping. The village of Kavalirka in Prague 5 has all the small shops you need; the butchers, fruit and vegetable store, a flower shop, pharmacy etc. and nearly every time I nip out there with boys, we have our 10-15 min at this playground.

It is hidden behind buildings on the main road and has shade throughout most of the day time. I always find a parking spot close to the playground and keep an eye on the car, ready to re-park it anytime.

The sand pit is tragic, so the boys never play there, but the swings and slide are fine, up to EU standards. But, if you happen to be shopping at Kavalirka or waiting for an appointment with your child, this is a good place to kill some time.
